We are the workforce institute for the space economy.

The space and robotics industries are constrained by one thing above all: people. StarForce exists to close that gap — recruiting broadly, training rigorously, and standing behind every member we credential.

Our members come from everywhere: students, machinists, veterans, operators, career-changers. What they share is the standard they train to — and the corps they join for life.

Training bays, ops consoles, and harness benches — members work the real task, to a published standard, before they carry the credential.

Mission Operations

Console disciplines for the commercial era: telemetry, procedures, anomaly response, and fleet supervision — the habits of flight control, taught for companies that fly and drive robots every day.

Trained like crews, because that's what they become.

Cohorts train together, test together, and pass or retrain together. Curriculum is built with employer partners and revised every cycle against what their floors and consoles actually need.

Instruction is hands-on and standards-based. A StarForce credential means a hiring manager can skip the guesswork: the holder has demonstrated the task, under pressure, to a published standard.

Programs

Three ways in.

I. Cadet

For students and early-career members. Foundations, first certifications, and placement into apprenticeships with partner employers.

II. Crew

For working technicians and career-changers. Intensive retraining into robotics maintenance, test, and operations roles — typically 12–24 weeks, employer-sponsored where possible.

III. Command

For experienced professionals. Advanced credentials in fleet operations leadership, safety, and remote/teleoperated systems.

Program details and first cohort dates published to the waitlist first.

Credentials

A credential employers can trust, held in a registry anyone can check.

Every StarForce certification is task-based, independently assessed, and recorded in a public registry. Employers verify a member's standing in seconds. Members carry their record for a career — not for one job.

How the registry works

Partner employers shape curriculum, sponsor cohorts, and hire from a pipeline trained to their floor's reality — with placement, apprenticeship, and staffing models to fit.

If your constraint is people — operators, technicians, test crews — the answer isn't another job post. It's a pipeline.

Hire the standard.

The Horizon

Every crew we train for Earth is a crew the Moon will need.

As surface operations become real this decade, the same standards — remote operations, robotic maintenance, disciplined test — become the qualifications of the off-world workforce. StarForce members will be first in line.
